Tothiq Contracts
Tothiq Contracts is a digital contracts platform for Kuwait. People pick a ready contract, agree the terms with the other party, verify who they are and sign from their phone. Built, owned and operated by Tothiq.
What it does
The library holds 215 contracts written for Kuwait in Arabic and English, across sale, rent, employment, business, construction, technology, marketing, education, finance and personal agreements. A contract can also start from a blank page or the user’s own Word file.
Everyone works on one shared version. Parties comment on clauses and approve one final text together, so there is never a question about which copy was signed.
Verified signers
Before signing, each party scans their Civil ID or passport and takes a live selfie. Their name and ID number are filled into the contract, and a liveness check rejects photos and videos. It takes about a minute on any phone. Guests sign from an email link without creating an account.
Companies add their commercial licence and an authorised signatory certificate or authority letter, kept as protected contract evidence.
The final copy
When everyone has signed, each party receives one sealed, tamper-evident PDF with a QR code that anyone can scan to check the signatures. Contracts are recognised under Kuwait Law No. 20 of 2014 on electronic transactions.
