Website design & development
Custom WordPress, bilingual by default, fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals. Our oldest discipline — our founder has designed and built websites since 2002, and Tothiq did this work for years before the AI services; the standards have not moved.

Custom themes, not page builders
We build the theme. That is a deliberate position, and it costs more up front.
Page builders are quick to start and expensive to live with: they ship enormous amounts of CSS and JavaScript you never use, they make Core Web Vitals hard to pass, and they lock your content into markup that only that builder understands. Two years later a redesign means rebuilding every page by hand.
A custom theme is a stylesheet and a set of templates. Your content stays clean, your pages stay fast, and the next developer — us or anyone else — can read it.
Bilingual from the first line
Arabic and English are handled properly from the start: right-to-left layout, Arabic typography that is set rather than mirrored, and copy written in each language instead of machine-translated between them.
The details that get missed are the ones that make a site feel foreign — Latin letter-spacing applied to Arabic, headings with leading tuned for the wrong script, numerals in the wrong system, an off-screen element that gives the whole page a horizontal scrollbar in RTL. We know where these are because we have made them and fixed them.
Fast, and staying fast
Performance is a budget, not a plugin. Images sized and served properly, fonts subset and preloaded, no framework loaded for a page that does not need one, caching configured rather than installed and forgotten.
The test is the site on a mid-range phone on mobile data, which is how most of your visitors will see it, not a desktop on office fibre.
Built for the people who will edit it
You should be able to change your own content without calling us. Pages edit in the Classic editor, fields are labelled in plain language, and anything structural — services, products, staff — is a proper content type rather than text pasted into a page.
SEO is configured at handover rather than left as an exercise: titles and descriptions, structured data, sitemap, redirects from any old URLs so you do not lose rankings you already have.

What it costs
Build — from KD 690, once. The price starts at KD 690 and goes up with extra functions: a custom admin dashboard, bookings, payments, member logins, an online store, or more pages or languages. Paid in advance, before work starts.
Management: KD 95 a year, optional. Hosting, updates and monitoring, paid once a year in advance.
Management is optional and you can host the site yourself — it is yours. Most people take it because the alternative is hearing about an expired certificate from a customer.
If you are selling online, the store pages are the right ones: Shopify or WooCommerce, both built for KNET.
If your problem is really that people cannot find you rather than that the site looks dated, say so — that is a different service and often the cheaper answer. Tell us what the site needs to do and we will tell you what it takes.
